3. Be Transparent. Admit you haven’t been courageous. Share your effort and don’t be afraid to give yourself credit for your successes. Transparency in front of your team is an act of courage; it spells out, “You can trust me.”
4. Focus on the prize. Courageous leadership has its own rewards. A sense of joy and satisfaction. Increased loyalty from your people. A more courageous team that has your back.
